YUZU & LIME MAKES ME FEEL FINE

INGREDIENTS
20ml The Berry Company White Tea & Peach Juice
60ml Tarquins Yuzu & Lime Gin
2tsp Caster Sugar
7ml Yuzu Sake Liqueur
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
1 Egg White
INSTRUCTIONS
To create the syrup: Heat the White Tea and Peach juice and caster sugar slowly until the sugar has dissolved. Take off the heat and cool fully. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again to chill. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
