50ml Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Passionfruit to Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients into a shaker, dry shake to mix thoroughly – then shake again with ice to chill! Strain into a coupe glass, enjoy.
